Thank you for your email of 12 October 2024 requesting the fol owing information under the Official 
Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
 
I would like to request a ful  organisational chart for NZTA, in particular, al  groups that have a 
compliance and investigation function. 
 
On 11 November 2024, you were advised that an extension was required to make a decision on your 
request. Thank you for your patience while this process was completed.  
 
Please find attached the NZ Transport Agency organisational chart as at 15 October 2024. Please 
note that this organisational chart was current as at this point in time, and reflects work that was 
underway on this date to implement change decisions.  
 
You wil  note that some information is withheld under section 9(2)(a) of the Act to protect the privacy of 
natural persons. With respect to the information that has been withheld, I do not consider there are 
any other factors which would render it desirable, in the public interest, to make the information 
available. 
 
Under section 28 of the Act, you have the right to ask the Ombudsman to review my decision on your
