I  write  regarding  the  Official  Information  Act  (OIA)  request  you  made  to  the  School  via  email  on  Friday  20 
September, 2024. 
Please find attached copies of the documents requested as they pertain to engagement of private investigators.   
You will see that some information has been redacted in the attached documents.  The redactions have been 
made pursuant to s9(2)(a) and (b)(ii) of the OIA, as disclosing the redacted information would allow individuals 
to be identified, would be in breach of the Privacy Act 2020 and would likely prejudice the commercial position 
of the person who supplied the School with information.  
The School’s use of licensed professional investigation services have related to in-zone enrolment.   
Where dates of service use are available these have been provided on corresponding documentation. These 
pertain to March, 2024 to June, 2024.  
Your request for details of corresponding payments (to services provided) is refused pursuant to section 18(e)
