Limited was advised of the outcome via phone call. " 
 
Please provide the phone call made by the advisor to Stars Flight Limited. Please 
supply digital footprint and audio/transcripts where Stars Flight Limited was advised of 
the outcome.

On 21 October you were advised that there was ‘no email from the advisor in reply to staff 
regarding Star Flight Limited’s documentation, this is because the reply was done verbal y. 
Star Flight Limited was advised of the outcome via phone call.’ I apologise as this information 
was not accurate.
