to specific details of proposed commercial use of the land and upstream ownership of the 
Consent Holders has been redacted under section 9(2)(b)(i ) of the Official Information 
Act. This is because, if released, the information would unreasonably prejudice either the 
specific investment or the Consent Holders wider business.
