We refer to your email dated 24 September 2024 for:
Can you pls provide al advice, internal correspondence to/from CE/Mayor
re introducing Petone’s 30/60 minute free parking changed to parking
meters. Pls also provide al advise, consultation and correspondence to/from
CE or Mayor re business getting affected by this change. Pls include the info
re Lower Hutt weekend parking advise and it’s effects on local businesses.
Response:
The issue of the Petone Paid Parking Implementation was raised at the Mayor and
Chairs Meeting on 19 August 2024. No minutes are taken of these meetings,
however a memo (attached) was presented to the meeting.
