On what date were invoices raised by HCC to Ricoh for sponsorship of the 
Ricoh Sportsvil e Centre at Fraser Park for the years commencing 1 July 
2022, 2023 and 2024? 
On what date was each invoice paid? 
If the invoices were raised by Fraser Park Sportsvil e or some other entity 
then please advise who raised them. 
Response: 
HCC has not raised any invoices for Sponsorship to Ricoh New Zealand Ltd during 
the period 1 July 2022, 2023 and 2024.  Therefore, we are refusing your request 
under section 17(e) of the Act, as the information requested does not exist. 
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of
