Official information request regarding grade distribution for all 100-level,
200-level, and 300-level PHYS courses (2022-2024)
I refer to your request for information under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act)
dated 23 August 2024:
“Please provide the number of students and the grade distribution for all 100-
level, 200-level, and 300-level PHYS courses for the years 2022, 2023, and 2024
(to date)?”
The information you have requested is made available in the attached supporting
document.
Please note that some of the courses offered in 2022 were either not offered in the
subsequent years or did not have enrolments for the course to run for that year. Also note
that some of the courses offered in 2024 are not yet graded. Therefore, these aspects of
your request are refused in accordance with s18(e) of the Act as the information
requested does not exist.
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of the
decisions made regarding this request. Information about how to make a complaint is
