I would like a copy of the ful  investigation report for the visit to Avtar Contracting Ltd, on 7 June 
2017 at 214 Glenbrook/Waiuku Road. If there have been any subsequent visits or findings, please 
provide information regarding that too. 
 
We have made every effort to locate the document as required by section 18B of the Act. Unfortunately, 
the document you requested cannot be found. 
 
Therefore, this request is refused in reliance of section 18(e) of the Act because the information cannot 
be found despite reasonable efforts to locate it.
