Thank you for your email of 13 January 2025, asking Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora for the 
following under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act):  
Please provide an example of a Certificate of Analysis for one of the batches in the list I 
have provided. The example provided for EP9605 was not a batch relevant to my question. 
Response 
Attached as Appendix One is the Certificate of Analysis for vaccine batch FN4207. Please note 
that some information has been withheld under the following sections of the Act:  
•  Section 9(2)(a) of to protect privacy of individuals.  
•  Section 9(2)(b)(ii) as its release would be likely to unreasonably prejudice the commercial 
position of the person who supplied or who is the subject of the information. 
 
In making this decision to withhold, I have considered the countervailing public interest in release 
and determined that it does not outweigh the need to protect the interest above.
