1)  How many non-disclosure agreements has ACC created and had signed for covid vaccine injury 
claim payouts? Time frame: start of covid vaccine rollout April 2021 to 1st August 2024. 
2)  how many covid vaccine injury claims have been made to ACC to date? 
3)  how many covid vaccine injury claims have been declined by ACC to date? 
4)  how many covid vaccine injury claims have been accepted by ACC to date? 
5)  how many covid vaccine injury claims for deaths have been made to ACC to date? 
 
Non-disclosure agreements 
ACC does not enter into non-disclosure agreements when providing compensation for a claim. Therefore, 
there are none. 
 
COVID 19 vaccine claim figures 
You can find up-to-date COVID-19 vaccine claim numbers on ACC’s website at www.acc.co.nz/assets/oia-
responses/Covid-19-vaccination-claims-refresh-july-2024.pdf. This includes figures for all questions 2 to 5 
above. We are therefore refusing this part of your request as the information is publicly available. This 
decision is made under section 18(d) of the Act.
