Without revealing specific details, has Karel Sroubek been arrested or charged 
with any offences that can be classed as Category 3 offences and above? 
Has Karel Sroubek been arrested and charged for any drug offences in the 
last 18 months? 
The information about Karel Sroubek has been withheld in full under section 6(c) of the 
OIA, as the making available of the information is likely to prejudice the maintenance
