Official information request regarding grade distribution for all 100-level,
200-level, and 300-level ENGR courses (2022-2024)
I refer to your request for information under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act)
dated 29 July 2024:
“
I am writing to request information under the Official Information Act 1982.
Please provide the number of students and the grade distribution for all 100-
level, 200-level, and 300-level ENGR courses for the years 2022, 2023, and 2024
(to date)?”
The information you requested is made available in the attached supporting document.
Please note that grade distribution for ENGR110, ENGR122, ENGR123, ENGR142,
ENGR201, ENGR302 for year 2024 has not been provided since these courses have not yet
been graded.
Therefore, this aspect of your request is refused in accordance with s18(e) of the Act as
the information requested does not exist.
Note that information on courses with low participation numbers is withheld in accordance
with s9(2)(a) of the Act in order to protect the privacy of natural persons as individual
grades may be able to be identified.
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of the decisions
made regarding this request. Information about how to make a complaint is available at
