Thank you for your Official Information Act 1982 (OIA) request dated 23 July 2024. You 
requested: 
I am requesting the specific number of PR24 side handled riot control batons that 
the Police currently have in their inventory. If it is at all possible a breakdown per 
region would also be appreciated. 
Police does not hold information about how many PR24 batons there are in inventory, nor 
regarding any breakdown per Police District. Your request is refused under section 18(g) 
of the OIA as the information requested is not held. 
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this
