Official information request regarding ECS Grade Distribution in Trimester 1
2024
I refer to your request for information under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act)
dated 17 July 2024:
“I would like to request a grade distribution break down by course (paper) for all
2024 trimester 1 papers run by the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science.
By grade distribution breakdown I mean for each paper you would detail how
many people got each grade for each paper (e.g for COMP102 there was 1A+ 2A
3A-.... etc).
I will appreciate a PDF with this information, as well as an excel spreadsheet if
possible. Thank you!”
The information you requested is made available in the attached supporting document.
Please note that grade distribution for AIML440, CYBR472, EEEN301 has not been
provided since these courses have not yet been graded. Therefore, this aspect of your
request does not exist.
Note that information on courses with low participation numbers is withheld in accordance
with s9(2)(a) of the Act in order to protect the privacy of natural persons as individual
grades may be able to be identified.
