Thank you for your Of icial Information Act 1982 (OIA) request of 15 July 2024 in which you 
requested: 
  •  all correspondence with Stefan Sunde (Sunde is a member of the National party 
board of directors) all correspondence mentioning Stefan Sunde or "Stefan" 
 
•  Plus, all correspondence about EY (Ernst & Young or Ernst and Young) including: 
o  any mention of their 'scandal' 
o  'secret drinking club' 
o  'PR nightmare' 
o  'sexual harassment' 
 
I am responding within my capacity as Minister of Police. After conducting searches of 
relevant inboxes, drives, and folders, nothing could be found within scope of your request. 
 
Your request is therefore refused in full under section 18(e) of the OIA, as the information 
requested does not exist.  
You have the right to ask the Ombudsman to review my decision if you are not satisfied with 
my response to your request.
