cell-based H5N1 vaccine manufactured by CSL Seqirus?  Or, Pandemic influenza vaccine 
H5N1 manufactured by AstraZeneca, or H5N1 vaccine manufactured by Sanofi, GSK 
subsidiary ID Biomedical Corporation of Quebec (IDB), and CSL Seqirus?  
If so, What products have been purchased? How many doses have been purchased? What 
was the total cost of purchase?”
