We refer to your email dated 1 July 2024 requesting information under the Official
Information Act 1982 (the Act). The answers to your specific questions are set out
below.
Request: One News published this article cal ed "8000 health workers kept working
despite not being ful y vaccinated" written by Ruth Hill dated 3 April 2024 which was
based on responses to official information act requests to the Ministry of Health on
clause 12A exemptions under the Covid Public Health Response (Vaccinations) Order
2021.

April 2024. I am requesting the fol owing information:
1. Please would you share the minutes on the decision to remove this article dated 3
April 2024 from the One News website called "8000 health workers kept working
despite not being fully vaccinated" written by Ruth Hill.
2 Please share all memos, correspondence, emails, SMS texts, MSTeams chats etc
relating to this article and the decision to remove this article from One News website
in 2024. This would be in the date range from March up to June 13 2024 which is the
date in June that the news article has been clearly removed from the One News
website.
Response: This article was published on 1news.co.nz under a licensing agreement
between TVNZ and Radio New Zealand. The terms of this agreement allow us to
publish specific Radio New Zealand content for a period of 30 days. This article was
therefore removed from 1news.co.nz after 30 days in accordance with that
agreement. As at the date of this letter, the article remains on Radio New Zealand’s
website under the byline of the Radio New Zealand reporter, Ruth Hil :
