Thank you for your Of icial Information Act 1982 (OIA) request of 25 June 2024 in which you 
sought: 
Please provide me with copies of all information you have received in 2024 from the 
New Zealand Police in regards to threats made by Destiny’s Church and its 
associates towards events for the rainbow community, including but not limited to 
rainbow story time events in Tauranga, Gisborne and Upper Hutt. 
No information has been identified as within scope of your request. As such, your request is 
refused in full under section 18(e) of the OIA, as the information requested does not exist. 
I trust that this information wil  be of use to you. You have the right to ask the Ombudsman to 
review my decision if you are not satisfied with my response to your request.
