INFORMATION REQUEST
On 10 June 2024 you asked for information about City/Regional Deals. Here is our response
to your questions:
Please provide any communications with Priority One and documents related to
the proposed "City/Regional Deals" with the government including:
Framework documents have been developed which outline:
(a) Deal objectives
(b) Parameters and criteria for including projects / initiatives within the deal.
(c) Potential project portfolios
d) "new and innovative funding and financing tools"
A report titled City / Regional Deals update was table at the Council meeting of 10
June 2024. This report can be found here at point 12.9:

Communication with Priority One and documents relating to City Deals have been
withheld as noted below. We have considered the public interest in this information
and consider that does not outweigh the need to withhold while negotiations and
discussions are still ongoing. We also note that information will be released into the
public realm when and where possible.
This request and the response have been considered under the LGOIMA1. Information has
been withheld as follows:
