sought: 
 
Al  communications including emails, texts and phone calls between yourself and the 
MP for Central Auckland.  
The phone calls should be dated, and the topic(s) of conversation should be noted 
and any agreed outcomes or follow up to do items listed. 
 
Please find attached information identified as within scope of your request. Additionally, I can 
confirm that I had a phone call with MP Chlöe Swarbrick on 3 June 2024. The phone call 
outlined the Public Safety Stakeholders meeting in Auckland that I was convening. No follow 
up actions were required. 
You have the right to ask the Ombudsman to review my decision if you are not satisfied with 
my response to your request.
