• Total of ordinary Votes taken is currently 1214
• Awaiting fix for reconciliation app, voting services is looking into this.
• Large number of votes at Pukekohe voting place at Bledisloe Park, there is phase change in progress to
accommodate this.
• Contingency planning will be undertaken for logistics and transport due to an accident at the motorway
yesterday where there was traffic build-up caused a delay of 2-3 hours.
• Request from enquiries team to include in the GEDT chat if there are any changes to VPs.
Overseas Operations
• To date: Downloaded Voting Papers = 59. Uploaded Voting Papers = 24.
• Remote vote = 1
• Dictation Registration = 1.

• EMS Release required on Tuesday 21/11 to deliver a small number of changes ahead of PW By Election
Day.
• Mike will be re-opened post 2359 today ready for enrolment processing to recommence at 0800 on
20/11.

A low is expected to develop west of the North Island during Friday and deepen on Saturday. The low should

move over the North Island during Sunday, although the exact track is a little uncertain at this stage. There is
low confidence that a heavy rainfall warning will be needed in Northland, Auckland, Coromandel Peninsula,
Outlook
Waikato, inland Waitomo, Bay of Plenty, Taumarunui and Taupō on Saturday and Sunday. The low may
become slow moving north of Bay of Plenty or just east of the North Island on Monday. There is moderate
confidence that heavy rain in Tairāwhiti, Hawke's Bay, Taihape and Wairarapa will require a warning on
Monday and Tuesday. Strong to gale south to southeast winds are likely about the centre of the country and
there is low confidence that a wind warning will be needed in southern Taranaki, Wellington and the
Marlborough Sounds on Monday and Tuesday.
