following information under the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA): 
 
•  Please provide a list of top 10 busiest stations, nationwide, separated by volunteer and 
career. 
In a separate document, please provide all stations nationwide with total number of 
callouts per station. 
 
In reply to the cascade provided (Appendix 1), this is one that has been previously released 
and is outdated. Would you please seek further availability on an updated one, or when 
one could be expected to be released? 
 
Please find attached, as Appendix One to this response, a document containing: 
 
•  The ten busiest volunteer stations by incidents attended, 
•  The ten busiest career stations by incidents attended, and 
•  A list of the total number of callouts by station, nationwide. 
 
In the absence of a timeframe for your request, we have provided you information from the 
previous 12 months since the date of your request. 
 
Regarding the cascade plan, we can advise that the document we provided you on 2 July 2024 was 
the most up to date cascade plan. An updated plan is expected to be completed in the next few
