Thank you for your request under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) to the Ministry of 
Health – Manatū Hauora (the Ministry) on 15 June 2024 for: 
 
“Please provide the reason the above Gazette Notice was required with respect to the 
Tozinameran 0.5mg/mL Concentrate for Injection product.  It appears to be identical to the 
notice gazetted in respect of that product on 5 April 2022.“
