Thank you for your email of 14 June 2024.  Your specific request and our response are set 
out below. 
 
Please supply all documentation relating to contracts the local authority has developed with 
Joyce Advisory Ltd or Steven Joyce 
 
We are unable to respond to this request under section 17(e) of the Local Government 
Of icial Information and Meetings Act 1987, for the reason that the document alleged to 
contain the information does not exist or cannot be found.   
 
There are no contracts between Auckland Council and Joyce Advisory Ltd or Steven Joyce. 
 
Decisions relating to the information that is being released to you were made by Matt 
Hounsome, General Manager Procurement. 
 
Should you believe Auckland Council has not responded appropriately to your request, you 
have the right by way of complaint, under section 27(3) of the LGOIMA, to apply to the 
Ombudsman to seek an investigation and review of the decision.
