Thank you for your request of 14 May 2024, to Fire and Emergency New Zealand requesting the 
following information under the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA): 
 
•  Fire and Emergency NZ established a forum known as the "National Land Manager's 
Group” that meets with FENZ to discuss matters relating to fire in the natural landscape 
(rural fire). 
 
Under the provisions of the Official Information Act I request the agendas, minutes or other 
records of the meetings held with this group over the past 2 years (2022/23 and 2023/24). 
 
Please find attached, as Appendix One to this response, a copy of all minutes or other records of 
National Land Management Forum meetings held over the previous two years, since the date of 
your request.
