following under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act):  
I note this OIA response contains 14 Nov 2021 minutes of the "Vaccine Significant Service 
Disruption Panel". 
There is an AP (action point) in these minutes: "Share template and standard answers with 
the Ministry of Education"  
Would you please share these documents of templates and standard answers to the 
Ministry of Education that were drafted for this Disruption Panel?

We searched the information we hold regarding this meeting and consulted with the Ministry of 
Health and the Ministry of Education on whether they had the information. Unfortunately, neither 
agency was able to find the information you have requested.  
Therefore, your request is refused under section 18(e) of the Act, because the information 
requested does not exist or, despite reasonable efforts to locate it, cannot be found.
