Can you provide statistics and or approximations of motorcyles commuting into Wel ington during 
weekdays for 2034, 2023, 2022, 2021 and 2020. 
 
Your request has been considered under the Local Government Of icial Information and Meetings Act 
1987 (LGOIMA). Your request has been granted, please see our response below.  
 
The traffic data for 2020 to 2023 is publicly available and can be viewed and downloaded here, please 
note motorcycles are a class one vehicle.  
 
The traffic data for 2024 is attached in an excel sheet, as the system is stil  being implemented some 
sensors are showing limited data.
