Official Information Act request for correspondence between PM/PMO and Rt Hon 
Dame Jacinda Ardern regarding Christchurch Call 
 
Thank you for your request made under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act), received 
on 4 April 2024. You requested: 
 
“Please provide any emails, texts or other written correspondence if any, between the 
PM/PM's office and Jacinda Ardern/or her representatives relating to the Christchurch 
Call.” 
 
I  believe  the  information  you  have  requested  is  more  closely  connected  to  the  functions  of 
the  Prime Minister,  Rt  Hon  Christopher  Luxon.  Accordingly, I  have  decided  to  transfer  your 
request to Prime Minister Luxon under section 14(b)(ii) of the Act. Prime Minister Luxon has 
the usual timeframes under the Act from receipt of this transfer to make a decision on your
