I refer to your request for information under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) 
dated 26 March 2024: 
 
“Under the OIA I can please request the date Victoria University first offered the 
Graduate Diploma in Diplomacy and Negotiations.” 
 
The University has no record of offering a qualification under this name. Therefore your 
request is refused in accordance with s18(e) of the Act as the information does not exist or 
cannot be found.
