Please share the procurement documents for agreeing to deploy an E2B system for

For the sake of clarity, I will address each question in turn.
Please share the procurement documents for agreeing to deploy an E2B system for
immunization and safety data? Please supply the RFP for this procurement of a new
system to store immunization and safety/pharmocovilligance
We interpret this part of your request as being about the pharmacovigilance database. This system
is on a Salesforce platform.
Initial contracts to use Salesforce as a platform were made by the Ministry of Health prior to the
establishment of Health NZ. We have conducted a search and have not been able to locate the
Salesforce contract in Health NZ’s procurement database. As such, your request for the relevant
RFP is refused under section 18(e) as despite reasonable efforts to locate the document it cannot
be found.

We procure Salesforce user/functions licenses directly from Salesforce as an enterprise platform
which services many other functions within Health NZ. Not all elements are directly traceable to a
specific use case or system. As such, we are unable to disaggregate a cost specific to the
pharmacovigilance database.
Please share which vendor has supplied it?
The underpinning software platform is provided by Salesforce.
