Thank you for your request to Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities under the Of icial Information 
Act 1982 (the Act) for the following information: 
 
Please provide to us any documentation or emails/communication regarding the decision made 
regarding teitei drive. This can be limited from 20th Feb until today. 
Please include official notice or comms regarding the cancellation from government. 
Please include any emails, documents discussions following the decision, until today. 
The Act requires that we advise you of our decision on your request no later than 20 working days (12 
April 2024) after the day we received your request. Unfortunately, it wil  not be possible to meet that 
time limit and we are therefore writing to notify you of an extension of the time to make our decision 
under section15A(1) of the Act, to 15 May 2024. 
 
This extension is required as the request necessitates a search through a large quantity of information 
and meeting the original time limit would unreasonably interfere with the operations of the organisation 
and because consultations necessary to decide on your request are such that a proper response 
cannot reasonably be made within the original time limit. 
 
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of my decision on your
