INFORMATION REQUEST – Meeting details
We write in response to your email dated 7 March 2024 in which you requested the following
information:
Please provide any details including dates, title/subject and full list of attendees
if available of any unofficial workshops/committees/meeting held in conjunction
with Priority One and/or any representatives of Tauranga Urban Task Force (e.g
secret  meetings  preparing  the  stadium  business  case  or  report  on  proposed
conference centre) which have not been published on the TCC meeting calendar
[1] or recording available on the TCC Youtube channel since 2022.

We have considered your request in accordance with the Local Government Official
Information and Meetings Act 1987 (“LGOIMA”) and respond as follows:
There have been no unofficial workshops/committees/meeting or secret meetings
held between Priority One and/or the Urban Taskforce that went into preparing the
business case for the Stadium or report on the Conference Centre.
Meeting minutes for the Governance and Working Groups for the Community
Stadium are available our website on the link below.

We reviewed the diary for the General Manager: City Development and Partnerships
for appointments with Priority One and/or the Urban Task Force and relating to the
proposed Community Stadium or Conference Centre. Please find the results of our
search listed in Attachment 1.
