Does the Prioritisation Exercise identify front-line vs back-office?
We have been asked about how boundaries of non-frontline services been decided, and which
work areas were subject to review? 
 
We have not applied a specific “front-line” categorisation of every role. LT identified the areas of
business activity they assessed Crown Law could potentially stop or scale back in the short term
without breaching legislation, cabinet direction, or other government commitment; and without
causing significant short-term disruption to Crown Law’s ability to operate.
