Our response
We have interpreted your request as seeking communications and associated measures related to the
potential to reduce ACC headcount. No decisions have yet been made and any options that affect staff
would be subject to a good faith consultation process. However, we are providing you with documentation
and associated correspondence relating to the
potential for future decisions.
As no such decision has been made, we are refusing that part of your request under section 18(e) of the Act
as the information does not exist.
Documents that discuss the potential for the reduction of staff numbers within ACC are attached.
