Register of Elected Member Interests 
 
The Hamilton City Council’s Register of Elected Member Interests is a summary of the information 
provided by each Elected Member in their completed Declaration of Interest Form.  It is the 
responsibility of each Elected Member to provide true and correct information, to the best of their 
knowledge.  A copy of the template form can be accessed here. 
 
Elected Members are required to disclose conflicts of interests as they arise and update their 
Declaration of Interest Form every six months.  Please refer to the Council’s Code of Conduct Policy for 
further information on the responsibility of Elected Members in relation to conflicts of interest.
