May I please request a copy of the current and/or most recent parameters list of applicant 
situations/circumstances that wil  not be considered by the Minister of Immigration for a ministerial 
direction. 
This letter is to advise you that your request has been transferred to the Associate Minister of Immigration, 
Hon Chris Penk. We apologise for the delay in advising you of this transfer. 
 
This is because your request is more closely aligned with the functions of the  Associate Minister of 
Immigration. Section 14(b)(ii) of the Act allows me to transfer any request that is believed to be more 
closely aligned with the functions of another department, organisation or Minister of the Crown.
