The Treasury is preparing to publish a monthly list of titles of advice to Ministers for the 
month of February 2024. This list will be published here:  
 
https://www.treasury.govt.nz/publications/other-official-information/titles-advice-
minister-finance-treasury-inland-revenue-and-reserve-bank.  
 
This list will capture all advice that I received during the month of February from the 
Treasury, Reserve Bank and Inland Revenue. Accordingly, I am refusing your request 
for this information under section 18(d) of the Official Information Act - the information 
requested will soon be made publicly available. 
 
This reply addresses the information you requested. You have the right to ask the 
Ombudsman to investigate and review my decision.
