Thank you for your email of 3 March 2024 requesting, under the Official Information Act 1982 (the 
Act), the following information: 
 
Can you please send me a list of titles of advice (including briefings, aide memoires, memos, 
etc) received in each of your portfolios during the month of February 2024? 
 
Please find attached, as Annex One, a list of documents, including briefings, papers, aide memoires 
and weekly reports which I have received in February 2024 for my portfolios. 
 
Please note I am withholding the titles of some papers under the following sections of the Act: 
•  9(2)(b)(ii), to protect information where the making available of the information would be 
likely unreasonably to prejudice the commercial position of the person who supplied or who 
is the subject of the information; 
•  9(2)(f)(iv), to maintain the constitutional conventions for the time being which protect the 
confidentiality of advice tendered by Ministers of the Crown and officials.  
 
I do not consider that the withholding of this information is outweighed by public interest 
considerations in making the information available. 
 
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this decision.
