correspondence between Bil  English and Treasury officials.  
Please narrow the request to focus only on substantive correspondence that 
deals with subject matter (i.e. ideas, statistics, analysis, meeting notes) and 
exclude anything simply administrative.  
Because of the consultation required, under section 15A of the Of icial Information Act I 
have extended the time limit for deciding on your request by an additional 5 working 
days. The new due date for responding to your request is 2 July 2024. 
Notwithstanding this extension, I undertake to decide  on your request as soon as 
reasonably practicable.
