May  I  kindly  request  a  full  copy  of  the  Memorandum  of  Understanding  (MOU) 
mentioned here within. 
Please find attached a copy of the MoU between Ngāi Tahu and Oranga Tamariki. 
The agreement you referred to in your request was originally signed in 2019, but was 
superseded by the attached version in 2021. This is the current agreement in place 
between Ngāi Tahu and Oranga Tamariki.
