Thank you for your email of 27 February 2024 requesting the following information under the Official 
Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
 
Please provide any correspondence texts emails, notes, files , between any persons 
with or on behalf  of visions of a helpinghand & MHUD about properties in high street 
,putaruru-  hinau  street,  tokoroa  -  esk  crescent,    tokoroa  -    any  submitted  forms 
applications requests quotes records costs  maintenance-costs-furnishings-damages-
arrears & evictions  between july 2021-febuary 2023 
 
On  6  March  2024,  Te  Tūāpapa  Kura  Kāinga  –  Ministry  of  Housing  and  Urban  Development  (the 
Ministry)  sought  clarification  from  you  regarding  your  request,  as  you  included  a  separate,  but 
incomplete,  request  in  the  subject  line  of  your  email.  As  you  did  not  provide  a  response  to  our 
request,  we  have  interpreted  your  request  as  seeking  the  information  stated  in  the  body  of  your 
email. 
 
I am refusing your request in full under section 18(g)(i) of the Act, that the information requested is 
not held by the Ministry and there are no grounds for believing that the information is held by another 
department or Minister of the Crown. 
 
You  have  the  right  to  seek  an  investigation  and  review  of  my  response  by  the  Ombudsman,  in
