Thank you for your email of 22 February 2024 to the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment 
requesting, under the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA), the following: 
 
I  would  like  to  request  1.the  training  material  for  staff  to  process  Permanent Resident  Visa 
online applications. 2.the workflow for the online PRV application. 
 
On 19 March 2024, MBIE sent you a letter noting that we had decided to extend the period of time 
available  to  make  a  decision  on  your  request  under  section  15A(1)(b)  of  the  Act,  as  consultations 
necessary to make a decision on your request were such that a proper response to the request could 
not reasonably be made within the original time limit.
