Thank you for your correspondence of 22 February 2024 to the Ministry of Business, Innovation and
Employment (MBIE) requesting, under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act), the following:
I would like to request
1.the training material for staff to process Permanent Resident Visa online applications.
2.the workflow for the online PRV application
I am writing to advise you that MBIE has decided to extend the period of time available to answer your
request under section 15A(1)(a) of the Act, as consultations necessary to make a decision on your
request are such that a proper response to the request cannot reasonably be made within the original
time limit.
We will now convey a decision on your request on or before 4 April 2024, which is an extension of
ten working days.
