We received your official information request on 21 February for all meeting minutes and 
agendas documents Anselm Haanen (Surveyor-General) received from the cadastral 
survey licensing board between 1 Jan 2023 to 21 Feb 2024. 
Most of the information you have requested is enclosed. However the minutes of the 
meetings of 10 Nov 2023 and 16 Feb 2024 have been withheld as they have yet to be 
ratified. 
The names of individuals have been redacted from the documents under section 9(2)(a) 
to protect the privacy of those individuals. 
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this
