Official Information Act request regarding correspondence between Janine Paynter
and Helen Petousis-Harris and Ministry of Health data.
I refer to your request for information under the Official Information Act 1982 (
OIA), emailed
to the University of Auckland on 14 February 2024 and subsequently transferred to Auckland
UniServices Limited (
UniServices) on 16 February 2024, for information as set out below.
Please provide the following:
Any published or unpublished report or analysis produced by Paynter or Petousis-Harris
evaluating or debunking the claims of excess mortalities from Covid 19 vaccines by any of
either Barry Young, Steve Kirsch or Denis Rancourt. For search purposes relates to this subject
after Sept 2023.
Your request has been refused under section s 18(g) as this information is not held by
UniServices, and we have no grounds to believe that it is held by another agency or connected
more closely with the functions of another agency.
All correspondence between Janine Paynter and Helen Petousis-Harris relating to the recent
whistleblower leak of covid vaccine data. For search purposes this can be confined to after Nov
30 2023.
All correspondence between Janine Paynter and Helen Petousis-Harris about the report
produced from Rancourt et al re excess mortality and covid vaccine. For search purposes this
can be confined to after 17 Sept 23.

Your request has been refused under section 18(e) as despite reasonable efforts, the
documents don’t exist or can’t be found. In accordance with section 18B of the OIA, we have
considered whether consulting with you would assist in overcoming this refusal but we have
determined that this would not assist.
You have the right under section 28(3) of the OIA to seek an investigation and review by the
