Thank you for your email of 3 February 2024 requesting, under the Official Information Act 1982 (the

Can you please provide a list of all formal advice received and the date of its receipt since 27 
November 2023. 
 
Please find attached as Appendix One a list of titles. Some information has been withheld  
pursuant to section 9(2)(f)(iv) of the OIA, to maintain the constitutional conventions for the  
time being which protect the confidentiality of advice tendered by Ministers of the Crown and  
Officials. Information has been withheld under section 9(2)(a) of the OIA to protect the privacy of 
natural persons. 
 
I am satisfied that in the circumstances of this case, the withholding of the information is not  
outweighed by other considerations which render it desirable in the public interest to make  
the information available.
