2024, to the Ministry of Justice (the Ministry). Specifically, you requested:  
 
Recently, Malatest International were appointed by the Ministry of Justice to conduct 
independent research and evaluation of the Kaiārahi Family Court Navigators service. 
 
I request a photocopy of their final evaluation report. 
 
The evaluation report you have requested has not been finalised. I must therefore refuse 
your request under section 18(e), as the information does not exist.
