(MBIE) requesting, under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act), the fol owing information: 
Please supply all communications from 1 May 2023 between MBIE, Calibre, Chapmann Tripp, PTL, 
WHL which includes the terms dataroom or "data room" - when searched case insensitive. 
I am writing to advise you that MBIE will provide a response but needs to extend the time available to 
answer your request. MBIE’s response wil  be sent to you no later than 14 March 2024. 
The reason for the extension is that consultations with various third parties necessary to make a decision 
on your request are such that a proper response cannot reasonably be made within the original time 
limit.
