I’ve looked at the EMS82-CERT today & it should be 0 for Leighton Baker Party & 505 for National Party.
The 0 was missed on the Leighton Baker Party & that put everyone else out of whack.
 
We were just looking at the total votes to see if they balanced, and if they did, we signed the Cert off.  We were not looking at
the Party votes across the top line
