Thank you for your request made under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings

The Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act requires that we advise you of our 
decision on your request no later than 20 working days after the day we receive your request. 
 
Wel ington City Council has granted your request for information. 
 
However, it will take us a little more time to prepare the information for release.   I hope to provide 
you with a response by 23 February 2024 if not sooner. 
 
Right of review 
If you are not satisfied with the Council’s response, you may request the Office of the Ombudsman 
to investigate the Council’s decision. Further information is available on the Ombudsman website,
